Privacy Policy

When you create an account and use the app, we collect:

• Account details — your name and email address.
• Profile content — a profile photo, if you choose to add one.
• Content you post — messages you send in community and live-session chat.
• Identifiers — an account ID, and a device push-notification token if you enable notifications.
• Membership information — your membership tier and verification status, managed by our team.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, browsing history or health data, and we do not use your data for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps.

• To operate your account and provide app features (live sessions, trade ideas, courses, community).
• To send you notifications you have asked for, such as session reminders and team announcements.
• To respond to support requests.
• To keep the community safe, including moderating content and enforcing our rules.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Expo — delivery of push notifications.
• YouTube — live session video is streamed from YouTube inside the app; YouTube’s own terms apply to that playback.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems; messages you posted in shared chats may be retained in anonymised form. You can request deletion at any time using the contact below.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data by emailing support@supremetradingandinvesting.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

The app provides trading education for adults and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

If we make material changes we will update this page and note the new date above.
